We're hiring an entry-level installer to support our two lead installers: someone with a construction background who's ready to roll up their sleeves and learn the trade.

What does a typical day look like in this role?
Unload delivery trucks and prepare work trucks with the supplies needed for the day's jobs.
Make material runs to job sites as needed.
Assist lead installers with setting and securing windows and doors.
Help remove old windows, glass, and doors in preparation for new installations.
Cut glass, screen, and other materials under the direction of lead installers.
Keep a clean and organized job site throughout the day, and complete a thorough cleanup at the close of every job.
Safely use power and hand tools alongside the installation team.
Complete shop work such as building and repairing screens, and cutting and installing glass.
Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, supportive attitude with teammates and clients.
What skills are required?
Previous construction experience is required.
Previous window and door installation experience is preferred.
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn. This is a growth position.
Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction well.
Friendly and professional demeanor on job sites and around clients.
What will my compensation be?
Starting at $20 - $25 /hr, depending on experience.
