Your New Windows Could Pay You Back.
If you're an Avista customer in Idaho or Washington, you may qualify for a rebate of up to $225 per window and $600 per sliding glass door - just for making the upgrade you were already planning.
These rebates come directly from Avista's Energy Efficiency Program and are available to homeowners and multi-family property owners in both states. You’ll get better windows, lower energy bills, and a check from Avista.
To qualify, the windows have to be installed by a licensed contractor, and you've got 120 days from installation to submit your application.
We handle the first part. Just let our team know you plan on claiming the Avista rebate, and we’ll make sure your door and window selections qualify.

Step 1: Let us know that you want to claim the Avista rebate - we’ll make sure your doors and windows qualify.
For contractor installed window and sliding glass door rebates, windows and sliding glass doors must be installed by a licensed contractor. Moscow Glass is fully licensed and insured in both Idaho and Washington.
Windows and sliding glass doors must meet required efficiency ratings. We’ll help you select windows that match your home and meet or beat the required efficiency ratings.
Step 2: Ensure your home qualifies.
Only existing homes qualify, and windows and doors must be replacing existing windows and doors. Products installed for new construction are not eligible for rebates.
Primary fuel used for heating the property must be Avista electric or natural gas service.
Seasonal and recreational homes are not eligible.
Step 3: Submit a rebate application to Avista.
Complete and submit a rebate application within 120 days of qualifying equipment installation.
Include a copy or electronic image of the final invoice and supporting documentation, which must include total number of windows and sliding glass doors installed, u-factor of all windows and sliding glass doors, and cost.
For storm windows, include Energy Star certificate or window specification sheet. Energy Star certificates are available at energystar.gov/productfinder/.
