Whether you're replacing one window or outfitting a full commercial building, the process is the same: we talk, we measure and quote, you approve, we install, and we make sure it's right before we leave. Simple.
Step 1: You reach out. We listen.

Our staff will answer your questions, walk you through your options, and give you a ballpark estimate right then. Most ballpark estimates happen in about 10 minutes over the phone. No appointment needed for that first conversation.

Step 2: We come to you, measure, and build your written estimate.
We'll schedule a visit to your home or business, take accurate measurements, help you choose the right materials, and answer any questions you have.
For most straightforward projects, you'll have your written proposal in your inbox within 2 business days that details the scope of work and materials that will be installed. You’ll know exactly what we’ll be doing on your home and how much it will cost.
Step 3: You approve. We collect a deposit and order your materials.
Once you've signed off on the estimate, we collect a 50% deposit, order your materials, and start narrowing down potential install dates. Once the materials arrive and we’ve checked that everything is correct, our team will reach out with at least one week's notice to lock in a specific date and time for your installation.
Step 4: Our crew arrives and gets to work.
Our team shows up on time, ready to go. We put down drop cloths and site protection to keep your home clean throughout the install.
To help the day run smoothly, we ask a few things of you before we arrive:
✓ Take down any curtains or window dressings before install day.
✓ Move furniture like dressers or beds at least 4 feet away from windows.
✓ Park in the street and leave the driveway open for our work trucks.
✓ Keep pets in a separate area away from any construction.
✓ Either be home to let us in, or give us permission to access your home while you're out.
✓ If you need to reschedule, we ask for 24 hours of advance notice where possible.
Our team is meticulous about site protection and will keep your home clean during your window replacement.
All of our windows are thoroughly waterproofed. We install new exterior trim and replace or upgrade interior trim as needed.
We check our own work, then we check it again.
After installation is complete, our team looks over their work and the cleanliness of your home before calling it done. Every window and door gets checked for fit, function, and finish.
A couple of things to keep in mind: Painting trim, staining, or hanging window coverings is outside our scope. Any caulking or sealants used during the install require 24 hours to fully cure. Please plan on waiting at least 1 day before painting around windows, door frames, or shower glass.
We make sure you’re happy with the final result.
Once everything is installed, inspected, and you're happy with the results, we send your final invoice.
