Lead Window & Door Installer

We're hiring an experienced window installer / estimator with 4+ years of experience in the field. If you're the kind of person who takes pride in how a window actually sits in a rough opening, and who can explain why it needs to be done a certain way to someone learning the trade, we want to talk.

What a typical day looks like:

Most of our work is residential window replacements, with a mix of exterior doors, interior doors, shower glass, and occasional commercial jobs. On a typical day you might inspect windows and materials for a job, prep and load your truck, then head to installs in the Moscow / Pullman area. You’ll work with a junior installer who is coming up in the trades. You'll be meeting homeowners and working inside and outside of their homes, so a friendly, professional demeanor is an important part of the job.

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years of window and door installation experience or 6+ years of finish carpentry experience. Enough that you can look at a rough opening or existing window and know exactly what needs to happen.

  • Comfortable running jobs solo and leading a helper.

  • Someone who can work independently, but genuinely enjoys bringing someone else up with them

  • Estimating or commercial glazing experience is a plus, but is not required.

What we offer:

  • $25–$35/hr to start, based on experience. There’s room to grow as we do.

  • Our field team works 10-hour days Monday through Thursday. We're also open to a standard 8–5, Monday through Friday schedule. Either way, your weekends are yours.
